Bees..

Bees are flying insects closely related to wasps and ants, and are known for their role in pollination and for producing honey and beeswax. Bees are a monophyletic lineage within the superfamily Apoidea, presently classified by the unranked taxon name Anthophila. There are nearly 20,000 known species of bees in seven to nine recognized families, though many are undescribed and the actual number is probably higher. They are found on every continent except Antartica, in every habitat on the planet that contains insect-pollinated flowering plants.

Ant Mimic Spider..

Ant mimicry is mimicry of ants by other organisms. Ants are abundant all over the world, and insect predators that rely on vision to identify their prey such as birds and wasps normally avoid them, either because they are unpalatable, or aggressive. Thus some other arthropods mimic ants to escape predation (protective mimicry). Dunia sekarang semakin maju..manusia semakin pantas..pantas dlm pelbagai bidang..keperluan semakin bertambah..kalau dulu 'handphone' merupakan satu kehendak namun sekarang bertukar menjadi satu keperluan..satu waktu dulu memiliki komputer riba@laptop adalah lambang kemewahan@kemegahan, namun sekarang ia menjdai satu keperluan..seiring dgn perubahan zaman. 

Bila bercakap soal pantas, sememangnya manusia hari ini semakin pantas, pantas dlm soal mencari duit..ya duit..sepertinya duit adalah segala-galanya..ada benarnya kita perlukan duit utk hidup, tapi kita hidup bkn utk duit..seperti juga kita makan, makan utk hidup bukan hidup utk makan. 

Beberapa hari lepas ambo ada bersembang dgn seorang rakan karib, bercerita tentang duit..beliau sempat berkongsi cerita dgn ambo..katanya, kerana duit rumahtangga runtuh, kerana duit hubungan putus, kerana duit juga manusia 'pupus'..ya pupus dlm ertikata pupus sifat-sifat kemanusiaannya hingga sanggup memutuskan hubungan kekeluargaan. Semuanya kerana DUIT..

*Jgn jadi hamba duit..biarlah duit itu menjadi hamba kita. Bukan dunia yg dijunjung tapi agama..

Tettigoniidae

Famili Tettigoniidae, dalamnya termasuklah belalang daun, belalang pelesit dan belalang rusa. Dalam bahasa Inggeris Amerika, ia dikenali sebagai katydid dan dalam bahasa Inggeris British sebagai bush-cricket, mengandungi lebih daripada 6,400 spesies. Tiger Beetle

Robber n prey..

All robber flies have stout, spiny legs, a dense moustache of bristles on the face (mystax), and 3 simple eyes (ocelli) in a characteristic depression between their two large compound eyes. The mystax helps protect the head and face when the fly encounters prey bent on defense. The antennae are short, 3-segmented, sometimes with a bristle-like structure called an arista.

The short, strong proboscis is used to stab and inject victims with saliva containing neurotoxic and proteolytic enzymes which paralyze and digest the insides, the fly then sucks the liquefied meal through the proboscis. Many species have long, tapering abdomens, sometimes with a sword-like ovipositor. Others are fat-bodied bumblebee mimics. Treehopper..

Treehoppers (more precisely typical treehoppers to distinguish them from the Aetalionidae) and thorn bugs are members of the family Membracidae, a group of insects related to the cicadas and the leafhoppers. There are about 3,200 known species of treehoppers in over 600 genera. They are found on all continents except Antarctica, although there are only three species in Europe.

They are best known for their enlarged and ornate pronotum, which most often resembles thorns, apparently to aid camouflage. But in some species, the pronotum grows to a horn-like extension, and even more bizarre and hard-to-describe shapes are also found.

Thorn bugs, due to their unusual appearance, have long interested naturalists. There is no way to tell the male and females apart other than looking at the male genitalia.
